Takaso Resources Berhad was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act, 1965 on 28 July 1997 as a public limited company. The Company presently has an authorized share capital of RM50, 000,000 comprising 50,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which 41,187,988 are issued and fully paid up.
